Since 2000 we have been training professionals in our Chicago Headquarters location, and since 2005 National thru our online system. Founded in 2000, Adriana’s Services has earned the reputation as the finest service provider and placement agency in America and abroad by providing nanny and baby nurse training program for nannies and sitters in the United States.

We are internationally recognized for our unique Certified Professional Nanny and Certified Professional Baby Nurse program.
Many of these graduates were successful in their training and they are now happily working for an employer, some had to take their courses again and some were not qualified to work for us.

Adriana’s Services can assure families that our professionals have successfully completed a program. Adriana’s Services offers both employers and professionals the chance to meet face to face and if all works well you can set your starting date with us and we will do all the paperwork for you like a work agreement, etc… At Adriana’s Services we know that the safety of your family and home is your top priority--so we take security very seriously. Each employee completes a rigorous screening and application process with our trained Placement Counselors.

We have extensive conversations with each reference to confirm recent work experience and qualifications and get honest feedback from previous clients. Additionally, we perform background checks as well. Adriana’s Services - Human Resources professionals will forward employers several professionals’ profiles which we feel match their needs. The employer would then make their selection based on the information provided by Adriana’s Services. All personal contact information is strictly confidential until both parties agree to disclosure. The process continues until a match is successfully found for up to a period of 60 days.
